What is the function?

As a dental assistant or prevention assistant, you will have your own schedule. You will work together with the dentists and dental hygienists at hello.smile to ensure good oral health for patients. Your sense of responsibility and empathy towards patients is evident in your work. The work is varied, which means that no two days are the same. It is also possible to opt for a combined role as a chairside assistant and prevention assistant.

Work activities that will be covered include:

• Preventive treatments for PPS1 patients
• Performing procedures related to periodontitis as a dental assistant
• Providing advice and information
• Preparing the treatment room
• Taking x-rays (under supervision)

Job Requirements

• Flexible, diligent and with integrity
• A true team player
• In possession of a Prevention Assistant diploma
• Additional training as a dental assistant is an advantage (or the desire to follow such training).
