Front desk assistant(s) Eibergen/Hengelo

What is the function

As a front desk assistant(s), you are the first point of contact for patients. You are the business card of the practice and streamline daily operations. You are responsible for scheduling rooms and making sure schedules are filled properly and smartly. You can keep calm at hectic times and are a true multi-tasker. A major challenge is the ever-increasing patient flow. Performing good triage so that patients who need acute help are helped quickly and actively pay attention to approaching patients you can make happy when there are cancellations is therefore extra important so that waiting times are as short as possible.

Tasks
  • Welcoming patients in a hospitable manner
  • Manage digital calendar and schedule appointments for practitioners
  • Updating patient data
  • Answer incoming questions by phone and email
  • Assist with budgets, referral letters and other correspondence
  • Track action lists Infomedics
  • Application and authorization procedures

The practice in Eibergen is looking for desk reinforcement for 24-32 hours per week, days to be arranged. In Hengelo we are looking for reinforcement (at least) on Thursdays.

Job Requirements
  • Experience in dentistry
  • Good communication skills
  • Social and empathetic
  • Well organized
  • Team player
  • Experience with the software Exquise is a plus

 

What do we offer you?
  • available hours of 16-32 hours per week
  • Salary: 2,200 - 3,200 gross p.m. at 38 hours, depending on experience and proficiency
