What is the function

As a front desk assistant, you are the first point of contact for our patients, both by phone and physically. You ensure that patients are well served and get answers to their questions. Duties include:

• Telephone and administrative work
• Managing the digital calendar and making appointments for practitioners
• Preparing budgets, treatment plans and other correspondence

Dental practice hello.smile is a growing organization that has three practices in Eibergen, Hengelo and Borculo. We aim to provide high-quality care and take a personal approach. The practice in Eibergen has 5 treatment rooms with a close team of 4 dentists, 4 dental assistants, 2 dental hygienists, 2 prevention assistants and 4 counter assistants. Our ultimate goal is to create a smile. A real smile. Without stress, without shame and without fear.
